While on the subject of Nissans…..
Spent the weekend out at Heartland Park Audi Club DE driving and instructing. Also spent some up close and personal time with a buddy’s GTR that was having boost issues. Once warmed up after a couple of laps, the car was hitting a brick wall upon acceleration. Ended up finding a loose throttle body hose on the driver’s side a T bolt clamp that had blown off the passenger side turbo to intercooler connection. It was a real bugger to get a new clamp on there, but I got it replaced and we took it out for a couple of sessions and had a blast! A modified GTR is a pretty good track car 😉
