Lamborghini Gallardo Battery and Exhaust Mod

Had this little Gallardo in the shop the other day for a simple battery change and to open the valves on the exhaust.

Battery is under the front bonnet and behind the trunk liner. You can see part if it behind the access panel for jumping the car.

A bit of work to remove the cd changer, trunk liner, etc and you can get to the battery for replacement. Pretty standard replacement really.

Then it was time to open up the exhaust valves for the “loud” version at all times. While unplugging the solenoid will cause a CEL, the exhaust does sound great. When you get tired of it, just plug it back in and the light will clear itself after a few drive cycles. The valve is behind the rear valence.
