D90 Invasion @ RennsportKC
Had my buddy bring by his D90 today for some work on the electric fan. We had messed with it a few weeks ago and diagnosed a bad fan relay system (D90 has a later model rover motor transplant). So we ordered up a new SPAL fan controller system and got it installed. Had to build a hose adapter pipe to insert the 3/8″ NPT temp sensor in so we could keep it from blocking the coolant flow, and it all came out pretty decent.
The transplant is a bit of a hodgepodge, but it does just fine. This right hand drive D90 has a lot of expedition history from around the world. Pretty bad ass little rig!
