Mazda 3…..is back ;)
Since seem to have been having a couple weeks of hell lately, I decided to shut things down early Friday afternoon and head for home to relax a little. Jaguar JX8 Upper Control Arm Bushings

Had a couple of Mazda 3’s in this week for daily driver service. The first one stopped for new brake pads all the way around, and this one for new rear wheel bearings/hubs. I had changed the pads on this 3 awhile back and noticed the bearings were very crunchy in the rear, so it was time to get them replaced. While it isn’t a German auto, we never turn down the opportunity to keep people’s daily drivers in tip top shape. This little Civic came in to catch up on some past due services and to replace the lower control arm bushings (compliance bushings) on the front suspension. The 2nd weekly gem in the shop last week. A timing belt/waterpump/spark plug job for a friend’s kid hauler. With 100k miles on the rig, it was time to get the timing belt done. While in there, it is smart to throw in a waterpump as well, and replace the spark plugs since they were due with the mileage. We also found a leaking radiator, so had to tackle that as well. Daily Driver Work
Arghhh, 2nd go around here. Not sure why most post came up blank the first time. We have to keep those daily drivers on the road too! Not everyone uses their Porsche on a daily basis, but rather needs a kid, dog, and toy hauler too!
