911 Sunroof Seals Install

86 factory widebody 911 3.2L 🙂 Don’t see these everyday! Came in to replace the worn sunroof seals as the metal was starting to show through the felt. There is a front and rear felt seal along with a rear rubber water seal to replace.

You can see the corner is worn through.

First thing to do is to mark the old seals and remove the sunroof.

Once the old seals are off, clean up the old residue.

I didn’t take any pictures of the gluing process as the weatherstripping adhesive is sticky and messy, but here is the finished product!
